Open a support request in AeroSync’s GitHub issue tracker, maintained by Adhvaith Ananth. A GitHub account is required to post. You can also view existing requests.

The tracker is public. Include your app version, iOS version, and a description of the issue, but do not post API keys, personal contact information, booking references, private documents, or precise location. Redact screenshots before attaching them.

Flight search does not return a result

Check your connection and enter the airline code followed by the flight number, such as AA123. Provider coverage and refresh timing vary. Try again later and verify operational details directly with your airline. AeroSync does not invent missing gates, baggage claims, or delays.

Location or reminders are unavailable

Check AeroSync’s permissions in iOS Settings. Location is optional; you can select an airport and enter pickup timing manually. Reminders are local notifications. Flight-change alerts depend on a refreshed flight result and are not continuous background monitoring.

Saved trips and PDF packets

Use More → Saved Trips to load or delete a trip. Use Smart Travel Packet to generate and share a PDF. Profile and trip data are local to your device; version 1 has no cloud account or cross-device sync. Review packet contents before sharing.

Airline information

The public release includes an airline directory. Stock quote delivery is not included in version 1. Connection and pickup guidance are planning estimates, not guarantees or official airline instructions.
